Advised Atmo Biosciences on their $8 million capital raise. The funding will support a forthcoming multi-site pivotal study for an initial U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) submission around the use of Atmo’s gas-sensing capsule to assess gastrointestinal motility. It will also help progress Atmo’s broader clinical portfolio, particularly a pilot study for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).

This transaction marks Kelsian Group Limited's entry into the USA market through an established operator, and further diversifies Kelsian Group Limited’s multi-modal operations across four countries.

NZMC is a global leader in the marketing and sales of ethical wool. AWN, one of Australia’s fastest growing rural services businesses, has expanded its reach across rural Australia in recent years through a mixture of strategic acquisitions, greenfield operations and organic growth.
