Travis is a Transactions lawyer specialising in private and public M&A transactions. He is recognised for his commercial acumen and technical excellence across a breadth of industries and is always working to ensure he can effectively manage complex legal issues and transactions for his clients.

Travis’ recent experience includes advising:

  • KKR on its acquisition of a majority interest in Colonial First State (CFS) and the establishment of a strategic partnership with Commonwealth Bank of Australia;
  • KKR on its $2 billion acquisition of MYOB by way of scheme of arrangement;
  • Dulux Group on its $4.2 billion acquisition by Nippon Paints by way of scheme of arrangement; and
  • KKR on corporate aspects of its $3.2 billion acquisition of Arnott’s and certain international operations of the Campbell Soup Company.
