Tim Hall


Tim is a no-nonsense thinker whose pragmatic advice has seen him develop long standing relationships with key clients across a range of industries, from manufacturing, construction and agri-business to technology and environmental.

Tim’s commercial expertise is broad and ranges from advising on business structures and restructuring through to day-to-day business agreements and commercial transactions.

He hails from rural South Australia and has retained an affinity with and understanding of agri-business from both personal and business perspectives.

Working predominantly with large family businesses, Tim has assisted clients with business succession strategies and documentation, business sales, partial sell down and external investment and fundraising.

Tim acts as trusted advisor to a number of clients and is often requested to assist with strategic decisions for their businesses.

He works closely with accountants and other business advisors to develop a coordinated and efficient approach for his clients.
