- Being part of the deal team advising the owners of Customs Agency Services P/L on its business sale to Mondiale VGL.
Prior to joining Kain Lawyers, Mitchell worked at the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office researching, conducting field work and modelling as well as working with Chartered Accountants. This prior experience has provided Mitchell with a sound base to work through complex issues and provide commercially relevant advice to clients.
