Annika is an Associate working across our transactions team.
Annika has experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as a variety of general commercial matters for a range of clients across different industry sectors (particularly retail, agribusiness, property and construction).
Annika has assisted with drafting and negotiating business and share sale agreements, coordinating legal due diligence investigations, and attending to completion of transactions and post-completion matters. Annika also has experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating various contracts, including trading terms and conditions, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and loan and security documents.
