Amira’s experience includes:
- Advised CEFC on financing the next stage of Cbus Property’s iconic ‘Collins Arch’ development, a 39 storey multi-use development with the luxury W Hotel, office tower, and 200 luxury residential apartments;
- Advised Toll Group in the divestment of its Global Express division to Australian private equity house Allegro Funds and internal restructure of the Toll Group business; and
- Advising syndicate of lenders on financing the acquisition of various hospitality locations by Australian Venue Company, as well as ongoing amendments (including COVD-19 impacts).
