Kelsian Group Limited acquires All Aboard America! Holdings Inc.

(AAAHI) and the associated A$281m capital raising by way of accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer and placement as announced to the ASX on 15 March 2023. AAAHI is a leading transport solutions platform providing passenger services across the USA. This transaction marks Kelsian Group Limited‘s entry into the USA market through an established operator, and further diversifies Kelsian Group Limited’s multi-modal operations across four countries.
