Kain Lawyers is pleased to be advising Conscious Investment Management on their partnership with community housing leader, Bridge Housing Limited to deliver social housing under the NSW Government’s Community Housing Leasing Program (CHLP). Over the next two years, Conscious Investment Management will seek to fund the purchase of up to 90 one-and two-bedroom properties across Sydney, providing secure, long-term housing for the most vulnerable in our community. Under the partnership, Conscious Investment Management proposes to invest up to A$65M to finance the acquisition of the properties, which will be managed by Bridge Housing Limited as social housing for 10 years, with CHLP funding used to subsidise tenant rents. The Kain Lawyers deal team is being led by Brian Vuong and James Burchnall with assistance from Arin Harman. Congratulations to all involved. #transactionspecialists
