Our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team advise on a wide range of debt financing transactions, including general corporate finance, asset finance, property finance, acquisition finance, project finance, structured finance and convertible debt instruments.

We work with lenders, including investment funds, family offices and high net worth individuals, on their credit investments.

We also work closely with borrowers to identify the most suitable financing structure for their commercial and strategic objectives and use our market knowledge of pricing and terms to efficiently negotiate a commercially balanced deal.
