We are transaction specialists, advising solely in Private and Public M&A, ECM, DCM, Investment Funds, Property & Real Asset Transactions, Capital Structuring and Transaction Disputes. Our singular transactional focus creates deep transaction and market expertise. We take the time to understand our clients’ businesses and commercial objectives and draw on our market expertise to anticipate issues that may arise and focus on what is material to our clients and their transaction.

Our commitment to community is not a recent phenomenon, nor is it a response to changing societal or workplace expectations. It was a driving reason for our creation. It is in our DNA. The Kain Foundation began the day our business began in 2004.  Since then, every year, every team member has made a financial contribution and worked ‘hands on’ in a Kain Foundation project. The projects in Australia and Uganda provide economic and educational opportunities to disadvantaged young people. Our team has contributed tens of thousands of volunteer hours and raised over $1.5 million for these projects. It is who we are.
