With a focus on food & agribusiness Rebecca is our trusted expert for competition and consumer law and complex litigation.

Rebecca is our resident competition and consumer law specialist.  She has acted on behalf of the ACCC in prosecutions and for companies in the consumer goods, wine, health and automotive industries resolving contraventions and ensuring compliance. With the benefit of having worked for the regulator, Rebecca taps into her extensive experience to provide her corporate clients with clear and concise advice that enables them to operate with confidence and avoid substantial penalties.

She is also an experienced litigator having conducted large and complex litigation in the food, agribusiness, automotive, health and finance industries over the past 13 years.

Rebecca’s expertise in competition and consumer law, dispute solutions and experience in the food & agribusiness sectors combine in her role as the head of our food & agribusiness team.

Whether resolving disputes utilising the Kain disputes methodology or advising clients on competition or consumer law issues Rebecca’s focus remains on delivering agreed outcomes on time and on budget with minimal disruption to her clients’ businesses.
