An impressive litigator with excellent analytical skills, Michael is a highly regarded practitioner.

With more than 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, Michael is the consummate litigator. He was recognised for his expertise in 2010 by Doyle’s Guide to the Legal Profession, which named him a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in litigation.

Michael is experienced in both federal and state jurisdictions, and has particular interests in engineering, scientific and construction related disputes. He also enjoys getting his teeth into anything with a technical subject matter including intellectual property disputes.

Over the course of his career Michael has also developed a specialist practice in mortgagee enforcement actions and is a recognised expert in the area.

Michael studied economics at Sydney University and law at Adelaide University and is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
